Eating just to fill your stomach?
If eating was only used for filling your stomach, we would not have to get into the Burger Business. Warm, with frozen products made, run off the mill Burger without any personality, are endemic around the world.

We at BurgerMan do our Burger with passion, never with frozen products (except for fish), with awesome culinary taste, much love and a touch of personal dedication. Eating is much more than a warm affair, that's the reason we get into the Burger Business with total dedication.

Our potatoes are hand carved and will never see a deep fat fryer full of trans-fats. That's the reason why you will not have a Fast Food smell in our BurgerMan Restaurants which insult your clothing, but rather a fine kitchen smell which is invigorating.

The joy of eating
The quality of life and competitive productivity is nourished through healthy and tasty food. VOX TV has found out, that the brain capacity to memorize is raised by nearly 50% because of healthy eating and concentration is more than doubled. Good vibrations and open communication is also enhanced.

Finally something real good on your tray
Without fresh natural ingredients and professional know-how it is nearly impossible to come up with a great tasting Burgers, or any other food. There is a lack of energy and joy of living missing. Frozen meat can never replace the quality of fresh meat, period. Even if the EU allows frozen to be called fresh!!! That’s why we call our Burger “Designer Burger” because our guests can design them to their very fantasy. Something really good is simply better!

Experience and Know-how
The BM Founder Lothar Vogel trusts the experience of taste, coupled with his experience and knowledge. Lothar is at home in all areas of cooking, from luxury kitchens, vegetarian cooking, macrobiotic, Indian and Mediterranean cooking. Lothar has been a cooking instructor at three different colleges and the University of Hawaii. Fusing the different cooking styles together, with centering on the result of wellbeing, builds the basis of BurgerMan.

Five Freeflow Islands 
Different tastes are for different people is the reason why we offer five Freeflow stations for our creative foods. One for our fresh meats, one for fish, one vegetarian, one for our Premium Salads and one for our hand carved potatoes.

In addition we offer the Coffee-Line, our creation of a relaxed coffee bar with awesome baked goods from our own bakery on the premises.

Last but not least we have not forgotten one of the most important items which go along with good foods, the BurgerMan Natural Soda and the Milk Column.

For the adults, we offer a glass of "Bright Joy" of Heineken Beer, served ice chilled at the Heineken Island.
