Designer Burger fired just in time

BM is a modern Casual-Food Restaurant Concept. We operated a BurgerMan Pilot Shop successfully for three years and are now in the final planning stages for our flagship restaurant.

The most important feature of BurgerMan is the freedom of choice for our customer. The customer can order his burger in literally thousand different ways and be part of the process while watching the food being prepared on the grill before his eyes.

Besides that, the health aspect of the burger business is a big burden on our heart. Awesome taste is not in contradiction with a healthy burger. On the contrary, awesome taste is the direct result of a rightfully executed handicraft, performed by trained cooks.  

As we see most economic systems on the verge of breaking down, we are placing our basic philosophy on having an ownership for our crew and management of each restaurant location. The crew will own 50% of the location.
